In game timers too long

In game timers too long

Existing timers:
1) pick difficulty= 15 sec
2) pick hero= 140 sec?
3) pick items= 100 sec?
4) roll phase=15 sec

Suggested timers:
1) pick difficulty= 10 sec
2) pick hero= 75 sec
3) pick items= 45 sec
4) roll phase= 7 sec

I'm pretty sure that's because of the fact that new users need to read the description of many different things during their first game so that timer was put there to compensate for the high number of materials for a first timer. Also, that's why the READY button was introduce to reduce the wait time if all players already know what they are doing.

I have a suggestion : reduce timers if the difficulty is higher. No reason to put huge timer in hard difficulty.

I'm pretty sure the timers are shorter on higher difficulties. From what I remember psy only increased the Easy timers. Don't take my work for it tho I'm not really sure.

A few of the timers are already shortened for Hard and I can shorten a few more. E/N timers will stay as is for new players.

Should leave the H, and I modes as they are. They allow us to break, do sets, bathroom, discuss strat in the allotted time frame. You can probably shorten all time or even randomize it for Toast. (OR! match the timers according to the level Lord's Madness is currently at.)

the H+ timers are good, but the E/N timers are so long that people go afk between bosses because they are bored/dont wanna read the abilities. It would be better to provide some game information in the lobby and then have shorter in game timers.
